This messaging program sends appointment confirmations, reminders, and service-related messages to individuals who have booked a consultation or interacted with SHAI Systems through our website or scheduling forms and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS communications.

Opt-in consent is collected via web forms with a dedicated SMS consent checkbox. Messages may include scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, onboarding communications, and customer support messages related to services you requested.

2. Cancellation Instructions

You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to the number that sent you the message. After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS communications from SHAI Systems.

To re-subscribe, you must opt in again through our website or forms.
